I grew up on the volleyball court - competing, coaching, and eventually shaping how teams and brands tell their stories.

Off the court, I’ve built a parallel path in digital marketing - managing content for professional clubs, international brands, and youth sports programs. As Head of Marketing for Estonia’s largest volleyball club, I oversaw everything from social media growth to parent communication, sponsorship campaigns, and community events.

These two worlds - sports and storytelling - constantly feed each other. Coaching taught me leadership, patience, and performance under pressure; marketing taught me precision, creative problem-solving, and the power of connection
